Planning guidance

From Monday 1 October 2012, a revised pre-application structure was introduced in our area of the National Park. This requires those using the service to submit pre-application and “Do I Need Planning Permission” inquiries (DINPP) inquiries via a pro-forma to access pre-application advice. This is intended to provide a consistent process and ensure that appropriate information is received thereby enabling informed responses to be given.
