From Monday 1 October 2012, a revised pre-application structure was introduced in our area of the National Park. This requires those using the service to submit preapplication
and “Do I Need Planning Permission” enquiries (DINPP) enquiries via a pro-forma to access pre-application advice. This is intended to provide a consistent process and ensure that appropriate information is received thereby enabling informed responses to be given. This is explained on the SDNPA website which can be accessed using the link below.

Planning Applications

The Parish Council is a consultee on planning applications for land and properties in its area. These applications are registered with and determined by the South Downs National Park Authority (SDNPA).The Parish Council keeps a record of the planning applications on which it is consulted and that is attached below. More detailed information including full plans can be found on the SDNPA website (see links).
